Board Member Update

At the Board meeting held on 25th September our Chairman, Mike
Gaskell stepped down from the Board for personal reasons.
Mike’s term of office as Chair was already almost up and the Trust had already begun the process to find his replacement, a process that is expected to be complete by November.
Mike has worked tirelessly for the Trust since its formation and I would like to put on record my thanks for the personal support he has provided to me, for all his hard work and dedication on behalf of the Trust during that time and to wish him well for the future.
Kai Hughes, who has been the Vice Chair for the last 4 years will immediately take on the role of interim Chair until we have successfully appointed Mike's permanent replacement, with Alan Smith in his role as Chair of the Audit committee deputising for Kai should he not be available.
